What Our Customers Have to Say

  • "I’ve been recently getting into fly fishing and Bill knew exactly what to do for me. His flycraft is awesome and he can navigate even the narrowest rivers skillfully. He has all the necessary equipment so all you have to do is get the fly into the water. He knows the best spots on the river and got me onto my personal best 18" Smallmouth!"

  • "For how young Bill is, he has an incredible knowledge of his local rivers. Bill has taken me out to several different tributaries including the Chagrin, Cuyahoga, and Conneaut Creek. Bill has not only put me on numbers for both steelhead and smallmouth, but has helped me land my personal bests. He is also very personable leading to an overall great time on the river."

  • "The guys at BRA have definitely hit upon a hidden gem in NE Ohio. This was the first time I have spent a drift trip fishing out of the boat so it took some time to get used to casting with speed, accuracy, and in some tight confines. Bill and Garrett were super patient with me, slowing the drifts down at times to get some casts in, pointing out the hot spots to focus on, and of course getting me unstuck from trees. Anyone looking for a nice relaxing, quiet day on the water hammering smallies, I highly recommend BRA. Bill and Garrett know the water very well, are extremely knowledgeable about the flies and techniques that are successful, and they are just super nice guys. They are extremely polite and professional, and have the best lunch I have ever had on a guide trip hands down. No gas station sub here!"
